Compared to Trade Credit Application Form I this form is best suited to sole traders, partnerships and small/start-up businesses as the customer information section also includes space/fields for recording the home address of directors (2), partners (2) and the sole trader.

This template also provides space/fields for Company to maintain a record of the authorisation of a specified credit limit, the person authorising the credit limit and a record of the notification date of approval to the customer.

The references requested within this form include Bank and two Trade. Trade Credit Application II requests in addition references from the customers' Accountant and Solicitor.
