Document Description

Companies House will assume that the first accounting reference date (and thereafter) for the company will be 12 months from the end of the month of incorporation: e.g. if the company was incorporated on 2nd October 2004 the first accounting reference date would be 31st October 2005. To change this date Companies House Form 225 must be completed and sent to Companies House. The date for the Company's Accounting Reference Date if agreed and the filing of Form 225 is duly authorised at the First Board meeting of the Directors.
