The Liquidation & Winding Up subfolder contains documents for Members' Voluntary Liquidation or Winding Up, where a company wishing to cease trading makes a statutory declaration of solvency on behalf of its directors stating that they believe that the company will be able to pay its debts in full within 12 months from the start of the winding-up. There are also documents for a Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation, which allows an insolvent company to put itself into liquidation and wind up the affairs of the company, but where there has been no statutory declaration of solvency by the company’s directors.

The Liquidation & Winding Up subfolder contains various documents for both scenarios, including template resolutions, minutes and board minutes, all of which can be customised to suit the purposes of your business.
