Web Design Proposal Checklist Template

Website Work Proposal Checklist

TR.WEB.08
This Website Work Proposal Checklist provides a set of detailed questions to enable web designers to put together a thorough and detailed web design proposal for presentation to prospective clients.

A website design proposal should contain a high degree of detail and should provide to the client a thorough description of the site to be created, including both technical and creative aspects. Furthermore, clients will be encouraged to see that their web designer has a strong understanding of the client’s business, their customers and the sector in which they operate. A good proposal will also aid the prospective client in balancing up cost and time considerations through providing thorough budgetary and time estimates.

This Checklist can be used either as a framework for a website proposal or simply as a useful set of considerations when creating your own proposal.

This Website Work Proposal Checklist is divided into the following sections:

1. The Client and their Market
2. Project Scope
3. Creative and Technical Considerations
4. Costs
5. Timing and Post-Completion
6. Terms and Conditions
