This Website Minor Work Agreement is designed for use with web design contracts which require the web designer to modify an existing website, and the design and construction of new websites. Clients may require relatively small tasks performing on their websites, for example, adding new pages, modifying the visual design of the site, fixing errors in the underlying code and so on. Such work does not need to form part of a complex and large-scale transaction. This agreement is designed with small transactions in mind.
This template does not provide for ongoing support following completion of the website as it has been tailored for smaller scale transactions.
This agreement is designed to be used in combination with a Project Specification and a Project Proposal, both of which are available on the Simply-docs website.
