Website Development & Hosting Agreement

TR.C&L.05.03a

This Web Site Development and Hosting Agreement has been written to cater for the provision of both website development and website hosting services by the same contractor. This website agreement provides for programming and related services including designing, developing, creating, testing, delivering and hosting a website.

This template provides a separate payment structure for both the development and hosting services. Clause 19.4 has recently been modified to amend duplicated wording.

In a web development transaction, this document should constitute the main agreement between the client and contractor. The project as a whole can be supported by further documents such as a project specification, a project proposal, and forms for project milestones, project acceptance, and project release.
