These Standard Service Terms and Conditions are designed for use in business to consumer transactions.

The terms of this document have been specifically written in a consumer-friendly manner and are designed to be understood by an average consumer, requiring no specialist business or legal knowledge.

This template has been reviewed and updated for compatibility with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which entered into force on 1st October 2015.

These terms are suitable for use with a wide range of services and can thus be applied to many every-day service contracts. This document is designed for use by a service provider.

It is important for all service providers to be aware of their obligations and the rights of their customers. These terms have been written with these laws in mind. The terms have been designed to be easily understood by consumers and to be fair to them.
