Companies House Form SH15 – Notice of Reduction of Capital following Redenomination
In order for private companies to reduce their share capital following a share redenomination in accordance with section 626 of the Companies Act 2006, they must within 15 days of the relevant resolution having been passed, give notice of the redenomination to Companies House (s.627). The notice must state the date on which the resolution to redenominate was passed, the date the resolution to reduce capital was passed and be accompanied by a statement of capital.
Companies House Form SH15 is the relevant document that should be used to make this notification and the revised statement of capital.
