Recruitment Policy

This Recruitment Policy has been updated in accordance with the Immigration Act 2016, which came into effect in July 2016. As of 12 July 2016, employers can be prosecuted for employing an illegal worker where they have reasonable cause to believe that the worker does not have permission to work in the UK.

Employers should be aware that it is obligatory for employers to ensure that all employees, and not just those from outside the UK, can prove their entitlement to work in the UK.
