This Catering Staff Employment Contract is designed to be applied to Catering, Bar or Restaurant staff and those who work in an environment which requires an in-built no smoking clause.

The Catering Staff Employment Contract comes in two versions – that can be applied for full time catering staff and an alternative for part time catering staff.  This is the Full Time version.  The Part Time version can be accessed from the related document links below.

The Pensions Act 2014 introduced a new state pension for people reaching state pension age on or after 6 April 2016, replacing the previous basic state pension and additional state pension and ending contracting out for defined-benefit schemes. This employment contract has been updated accordingly with the removal of the clause referring to the contracting out certificate.
