These Insulation Installation Terms and Conditions (Business) are designed for use by installers providing their services to business clients. (A business client may range from the owner of business premises to a landlord seeking the services of an insulation installer to work on their residential properties.)
These terms of business are designed primarily for inclusion in a document such as a quotation or for display on a website. They can also be used as a stand-alone document. In each such case, it is assumed that the customer will issue a request/order for services, and that, in response, the Insulation Installer will issue a quotation. A form of “Service Agreement” is also included as a Schedule. It enables these terms and conditions to be easily incorporated and converted into a formal legally binding agreement.
