Engagement Letter for Advisor

The Engagement Letter for Advisor provides for the appointment of advisors in relation to their Appointment involving investment business as governed by the Financial Services and Markets Act. The Advisor should be authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

This letter has been updated in order to refer to the Companies Act 2006. No substantive amendments have been made.
