Employment Tribunals

If all efforts to resolve a workplace dispute fail, the matter can end up in an employment tribunal. This can be extremely costly both in terms of time and money, and should be avoided if at all possible. There are specific rules which must be followed if a case goes to tribunal.

An employment tribunal can make various awards if it finds in favour of an employee, as well as ordering reinstatement or re-engagement.
