This Induction Policy has been created for use when an employee joins a company. It is good practice to have an Induction Policy in place, as an induction course contributes to motivating and retaining new employees.
This policy complies with the Equality Act 2010 in that it provides for reasonable adjustments in the induction process to be made for employees with a disability.
The Induction Policy includes reference to the Bribery Act 2010 as part of the induction process.
