Freelancers often work as contractors in many businesses and professions.
Using freelancers in business has many advantages, both for the individual
professionals concerned and their client businesses.
These document templates provide for freelancers contracting through an
intermediary company (either a personal service company or some other
intermediary company) rather than personally as a self-employed sole
trader. Designed for use by freelance contractors for a range of
professions and businesses, these Freelancer (Company) Agreements carefully
regulate the relationship with the freelancer’s business client.
