This Guidance on HMOs and Licensing of Private Rented Properties (Wales)
gives a brief overview of the issues landlords need to be aware of
regarding the management of houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and the
licensing of HMOs and other private rented properties in Wales.
The Guidance sets out the definition of a HMO and a large HMO, describes
the licensing regimes, briefly mentions planning law issues and looks at

It directs landlords to the letters and notices in this subfolder.
This Guidance on HMOs and Licensing of Private Rented Properties (Wales) is
