This Holiday Entitlement Notification Letter (No Increase) is for use by
employers who already comply with the increased holiday entitlement taking
effect on 1st April 2009. The letter draws the employee’s
attention to the new Regulations and assures them that they already enjoy
the requisite amount of holiday entitlement.
This Holiday Entitlement Notification Letter also informs employees of the
changes under the Regulations with regards to the facility of carrying
leave over into the next year, and that payment in lieu can no longer be
provided for employees statutory holiday entitlement.
