Fire Safety Documents

These Fire Safety document templates are clear, fully editable and specifically drafted to cater for a range of business types, including micro businesses with less than five employees, small offices or shops, factories and warehouses, residential care or nursing homes and small hotels and B&Bs. These templates are available in Word format and are aimed at helping you manage your health and safety practices.

Under the requirements of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (the “Fire Safety Order”) those people who own, rent or manage business or commercial premises (including the common areas of residential blocks of flats) need to consider fire safety and are deemed the designated Duty Holder or Responsible Person. The Fire Safety Order applies to all non-domestic premises. The Duty Holder has various fire safety obligations when carrying out a Fire Risk Assessment – or ensuring one is carried out by a Competent Person.

Each Fire Safety Policy document and Fire Risk Assessment Form is designed to match the specific health and safety risks that may occur in the workplace. These templates cover a wide range of situations but they are not exhaustive and there is space provided for additional industry specific issues to be added.

You can view detailed descriptions of each document by clicking on the links below. You don’t need to create workplace and premises health and safety related documents or forms from scratch as our templates are simple and can be easily amended according to your requirements.

These Fire Safety Policies, Risk Assessments and related Documents are part of the Health and Safety Documents Folder. Just £35.00 + VAT will provide you with 1 year's unlimited access to download all/any documents from the Health and Safety Folder.
