These Guidance Notes: Conducting Appeal Meetings have been created to lead the employer clearly through the process of holding appeal meetings. For disciplinary appeal meetings these Guidance Notes: Conducting Appeal Meetings should be read in conjunction with the documents entitled Disciplinary Policy and Procedure and the Guidance Notes: Disciplinary Procedure.
