All employers are required to follow fair and reasonable procedures for dealing with grievance issues.
The grievance procedure used by a Company should be appropriate to the size and resources of the employer. Even in a very small company, there should be at least one level of appeal, even if the appeal has to be heard by the same manager who carried out the initial hearing.
This Grievance Procedure is the latest version and compliant with the ACAS Code of Practice.
