Trade Unions

Trade unions remain a considerable force in many workplaces. There are legal consequences that affect the dealings of employers with individual union members and officials employed by the company, and there are also consultative responsibilities in relation to the unions themselves.

It’s vital that employers to not discriminate in any way against members of staff, either due to their membership or non-membership of a particular trade union or on account of any legitimate actions taken by employees in relation to trade union matters.
