The Second Disciplinary Meeting Letter should be used if there is further misconduct or a failure to improve performance after the first disciplinary meeting.

The letter should be used in conjunction with the Guidance Notes: Disciplinary Procedure and the Disciplinary Policy and Procedure.

This Second Disciplinary Meeting Letter refers to the previous disciplinary meeting and formal written warnings and states that the employer is considering dismissing or taking some other action short of dismissal as a consequence of the employee’s failure to improve their conduct or performance.
