Corporate Social Responsibility & Business Ethics Policy and Statement Templates

September 2013
Running an ethical and socially responsible business

Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics are increasingly important aspects of corporate management today. This new area of our website sets out a brand new Corporate Social Responsibility Statement and Anti-Money Laundering Policy as well as including a Corporate Ethical Policy and a Bribery Act Policy written specifically with owners, managers and administrators of small businesses in mind.

As companies are now expected to be and want to be socially and ethically aware in how they operate and do business, we have created an easy to follow, practical and user friendly Corporate Social Responsibility Statement tailored to the small business, which formalises in words how companies manage the business processes to produce an overall positive impact on society. It is a “mission statement” that can be posted on a company’s website to communicate its intent to the wider business and local community. As outside stakeholders take an increasing interest in the activities of companies, particularly in respect of tendering for contracts, companies can use our Corporate Social Responsibility Statement template to craft a policy which includes all the headline points and can then be added to for business or industry specific practices, policies and procedures.

We have also created a new Anti-Money Laundering Policy, written with the low risk small business in mind to ensure that they have the practices and procedures they need in place to identify and prevent money laundering within their organisation.

Our brand new Corporate Social Responsibility Statement and Anti-Money Laundering Policy is complimented by a Corporate Ethical Policy and a Bribery Act Policy included for the first time in our Corporate folder. Already popular in our Business and Employment document folders, Corporate subscribers now have access to these two key policy documents that will assist in compliance with, amongst other things, the Bribery Act.
