The Details of other Directorships Form is to be used where insufficent fields are available for listing other Directorships on Companies House Form 10 or Companies House Form 10 Continuation.
All directorships held within the last 5 years must be disclosed. These directorships, however, do not include a company which either is or at all times during the past 5 years, when the person was a director, was:
- dormant,
- a parent company which wholly owned the company making the return,
- a wholly owned subsidiary of the company making the return, or
- another wholly owned subsidiary of the same parent company.
