Company Formation letter to Companies House

The letter to Companies House confirms the intended name under which the Company is to be incorporated, listing the documents that should be enclosed in the letter - namely Companies House Form IN01 (application to register a company), and the Memorandum of Association.

If the company has elected to adopt modified or bespoke Articles of Association these would also need to be referred to in the letter.
