This Change of Goods Letter is designed for use with supply of goods agreements in situations where the goods supplied thereunder are subject to change. The changes to the goods should be described in a separate document and enclosed with the letter. The letter itself informs the recipient of the date from which the change will take effect.

Please note that this template is designed for situations in which a particular aspect of the goods will change whilst leaving the remainder of the goods unaffected – i.e. materially the same goods as originally agreed.

Optional phrases / clauses are enclosed in square brackets. These should be read carefully and selected so as to be compatible with one another. Unused options should be removed from the template.
