Two new example termination notices RHW27 and RHW28 are now available to help guide landlords and letting agents with the possession procedure where a contract-holder is believed to have abandoned a dwelling in Wales.
The examples provide guidance notes on how to complete the forms and help with the process of recovering an abandoned rented dwelling under the RHW27 and RHW28 procedures, including information about notice periods and what to do if a contract-holder leaves personal belongings at an abandoned dwelling.
