Which Template Power of Attorney (POA) Documents?

There are various power of attorney documents available, most being in the Business Folder; the remainder in the Corporate Folder. 

Those included in the Power of Attorney subfolder here are designed for use in connection with a number of ordinary commercial arrangements. They include templates for appointing an attorney as well as templates for terminating a power of attorney. 

Those templates included in the Share Sale Documents subfolder, here and here, are for corporate transactions. They are designed to deal with the very specific situation of a buyer of shares needing to have rights in them from completion and before registration of the sale.
