Trade Credit Application Form II

The Trade Credit Application Form 11 document records customer information and details in respect of the references, the amount of the credit limit being requested, and acceptance of the company's/supplier's Terms and Conditions, confirming acceptance of the company's notification periods for order discrepancies and payment terms.

Compared to Trade Credit Application Form I  this form is best suited to sole traders, partnerships and small/start-up businesses as the customer information section also includes space/fields for recording the home address of directors (2), partners (2) and the sole trader.

This form also provides space/fields for Company to maintain a record of the authorisation of a specified credit limit, the person authorising the credit limit and a record of the notification date of approval to the customer.

The references requested within this template include Bank and two Trade. This form requests in addition references from the customers' Accountant and Solicitor.

This template is in fixed field format. Simply press TAB to jump from one field to the next and SHIFT + TAB to go back. Alternatively, use the mouse to click from one field to the next.

The document can be unlocked by clicking on the "Padlock" icon on the tool bar. To display the “Padlock” icon click on “View” and then “Toolbars”. From the “Toolbar” menu enable “Forms”.
