This Notice to Tenant Regarding Fixing a Date for Possession can be used when a landlord has obtained a postponed possession order against a residential tenant.

If the tenant has not complied with the terms of the postponed possession order, the landlord can apply to court to have a date fixed for possession.  Before applying to court the landlord must serve this notice on the tenant.

The notice must be served at least 14 days and not more than 3 months before applying to court.
