This Form N49 Warrant for Possession of Land is the document issued by the Court authorising the Court Bailiffs to obtain possession of Property.

A Residential Landlord can apply for such a Warrant if the Court has made an Order for Possession under the accelerated procedure and the Tenant has failed to vacate by the ordered date.
