Form N349 - Court Application Form for Third Party Debt Order
This Form N349 - Court Application Form for Third Party Debt Order can be used where a landlord has obtained a court order requiring a tenant to pay money, for example rent arrears, and the debt remains unpaid.
Obtaining an attachment of earnings order is one of several means of enforcing a money judgment court order. It directs a bank (or other person who owes money to the debtor) to pay money directly to the claimant.
