CHF - LL-EH04 – Election to Keep PSC Information on the Central (Public) Register for a LLP

Companies House Form LL EH04 should be used to notify Companies House of an election to keep information about people with significant control (PSC), relevant legal entities (RLEs) and other registrable persons (ORP) on the public register for a LLP.

PSC information must be given to Companies House at the same time as this form. This will need to be on CH forms LL PSC01 – LL PSC09 as appropriate.
