County Court Form Requesting Judgment and Reply to Admission - Form N225

This County Court Form N225 is used to apply for judgment where the claim is for a specified amount. This form should be completed for unspecified amounts.

Form N225 provides for a number of different scenarios:

1. Defendant fails to file a defence within 14 days - claimant can then request default judgment.

2. Receipt of the defendant’s Admission Form N9A where the claimant accepts the defendant’s proposed payment offer.

3. Receipt of the defendant’s Admission Form N9A without a proposal to pay monies owed.

4. Receipt of the defendant’s Admission Form N9A where the claimant rejects the defendant’s payment proposal.
