The Fire Safety Risk Assessment Action Plan should be used to record and monitor the actions to be taken in respect of hazards and risks identified by the completion of the Fire Safety Risk Assessment Formand Checklist, and Fire Hazard Risk Assessment forms.

It provides for recording and reviewing the following:
1. General information and Duty Holder responsibility
2. Reference numbers in respect of Checklist and Risk Assessment forms
3. Descriptions of action(s) to be taken
4. Responsibility for the action(s)
5. Target Dates
6. Completion Dates
7. Verification of completion
8. Review timetable

This Fire Safety Risk Assessment Action Plan template is in fixed field format and contains macros. All macros are virus free. Always click "enable" if an automatic pop-up appears. Simply press TAB to jump from one field to the next and SHIFT + TAB to go back.
