This Photographer's Agreement for Commercial Photos is designed for use by photographers providing their services to businesses for use in commercial projects such as marketing materials, publications and websites. Under these terms of business licences are granted for individual projects undertaken by the customer with royalties payable for each project (but not for repeated uses within the same project).
Clauses in this agreement cover key factors including payment, the photography services themselves and the always-important issue of copyright and licensing.
An alternative version of this document is also which provides for commercial usage of the photographer’s work. Over and above the terms included in the non-commercial version of this document, a detailed clause also addresses insurance, liability and indemnity.
