The BIS Agency Workers Regulations Guidance provides guidance from the Department for Business Innovation & Skills to hirers of agency workers and the recruitment sector on the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (the Regulations).

The BIS Agency Workers Regulations Guidance goes through the key provisions of the Regulations with illustrative examples. The Regulations give agency workers the right to the same basic employment and working conditions as if they had been directly recruited by the hirer, if they complete a qualifying period of 12 weeks in a particular job.
