Domain Name Rental Agreement

This Domain Name Rental Agreement has been designed for use in situations where the owner of a domain name wishes to lease that domain name to another business or individual.

The provisions of this agreement grant an initial rental period of, for example, six months, thus providing time for both parties to be sure that they wish to settle in with the domain name rental for a longer term. Following the initial period, the domain name lease can be renewed for longer periods, such as a year at a time. Flexible payment options are also provided for, allowing for regular monthly payments or lump sum payments for each rental period.
