This Final Formal Warning would normally be used by employers where the poor performance or misconduct is sufficiently serious, or in cases where the employee has received a first formal warning and subsequently has committed further misconduct or has failed to improve their performance.
The Final Formal Warning should be used in conjunction with the Guidance Notes: Disciplinary Procedure and the Disciplinary Policy and Procedure.
