Harassment Policy / Bullying Policy
This Harassment and Bullying Policy has been written in accordance with current best practice and provides employees with assurance that the Company is committed to preventing harassment and bullying in the workplace. It includes instructions on how to confront harassment, both through informal steps and a formal grievance procedure.
This policy reflects the repeal of Section 40 of the Equality Act 2010 (Liability for Third Party Harassment).
This Harassment and Bullying Policy can either refer to a standard grievance procedure or the dedicated grievance procedure to be found in the Equal Opportunities Policy (available from the related links below).
This document makes specific reference to all unlawful grounds for discrimination and harassment, including sex, age, race and disability.
