Request Judgment and Admissions Form

This County Court Form N225 is used to apply for judgment where the claim is for a specified amount. County Court Form N227 should be completed for unspecified amounts.

This Request Judgment and Admission Form N225 provides for a number of different scenarios:
1. Failure of the Defendant to file a defence within 14 days – the Claimant can therefore request judgment in default.
2. Receipt of the Defendant's Admission Form N9A where the Claimant accepts the proposed payment offer.
3. Receipt of the Defendant's Admission Form N9A without a proposal to pay the debt.
4. Receipt of the Defendant's Admission Form N9A where the Claimant objects to the payment proposal of the Defendant.
