It includes a Guidance Note, Company Registers & Records – what must be kept & where to keep them?, which is a practical “how to” guide for a company secretary or individual tasked with the role of company administration relating to what registers and records a company needs to keep, what they should contain, where to keep them (including a discussion of a company’s registered office and single alternative inspection location or SAIL) and what access needs to be given to the public to view these records and registers.
