This Commercial Property Estate Agency Appointment Form (Sale of Freehold) creates a contract between the Seller of a commercial property and the estate agency or firm of surveyors which is to market the property for sale. The form is completed and signed by the Seller and the Agent.

The Appointment Form makes reference to the Commercial Property Estate Agency Terms and Conditions (Sale of Freehold). Use of these two documents together makes a contract between the Agency and the Seller.
