The Chemical Substances (COSHH) Risk Assessment Action Plan should be used to record and monitor the actions to be taken in respect of hazards and risks identified by the completion of the Chemical Substances (COSHH) Risk Assessment Checklist and the relevant COSHH Risk Assessment report(s) and other records.
It provides for recording and reviewing the following:
1. General information and Duty Holder responsibility
2. Reference numbers in respect of Chemical Substances (COSHH) Risk Assessment and COSHH Risk Assessment report
3. Descriptions of action(s) to be taken
4. Responsibility for the action(s)
5. Target Dates
6. Completion Dates
7. Verification of completion
8. Review timetable
